You ever get pulled over just for driving an old truck? Well, apparently, that’s a thing now.

A man is going viral after he recorded a bizarre traffic stop where a police officer pulled him over with no real cause — just a suspicion that his truck was “too old” and probably had “marijuana inside.”

Yep. That’s it. Just vibes.

In the now-viral video, the man is calmly sitting in his truck when a cop walks up and hits him with the line:

“Your vehicle looks old… you probably got marijuana in there.”

No smell. No driving violation. No reason. Just an old truck = probable weed, apparently.

Understandably, the driver pushes back.

“Am I being detained? Did I break any laws?” he asks. The officer dodges the question and instead demands he step out of the vehicle.

But again — no reason given.

The man refuses. “You don’t have probable cause. I haven’t done anything wrong.”

At this point, the tension builds. The officer keeps pressing. The man keeps recording. And eventually — just like in a bad movie — the cop gives up and walks back to his cruiser, leaving behind more questions than answers.

No ticket. No search. No nothing.

Naturally, the internet is fuming.

“This is why people record every interaction now,” one user commented.
“Imagine getting profiled by your truck’s age,” another joked.

The video has already racked up hundreds of thousands of views, with users calling it everything from “abuse of power” to “classic fishing expedition.”

While it’s not illegal for police to ask questions, demanding someone exit their vehicle without probable cause or reasonable suspicion? That’s where things get legally murky — and people online aren’t letting it slide.

So — routine stop or just straight-up profiling?
Either way, the old truck’s now a viral star.
